Yes, the retreat is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each session, ensuring that all poses and practices are accessible to your level of experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this retreat will cater to your needs.

We recommend bringing comfortable yoga attire, a reusable water bottle, a journal, and any personal toiletries. While yoga mats and props are provided, you may bring your own mat if you prefer. A light sweater or jacket is also useful for early morning or evening sessions in the cooler climate of Rishikesh.

The retreat package includes accommodation for 3 nights, 3 daily vegetarian meals, daily yoga and meditation sessions, workshops on yogic philosophy, Pranayama classes, guided excursions, and participation in the Ganga Aarti. Airfare and transportation to/from Rishikesh, as well as personal expenses, are not included.

The retreat offers a blend of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. The classes will be tailored to suit all levels and will focus on flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and relaxation. Additionally, we incorporate Pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation sessions to enhance the overall experience.

All meals provided during the retreat are vegetarian, focusing on fresh, nutritious, and locally sourced ingredients. The diet is designed to support your yoga practice and detoxification.
